BF-7658α-Amylase can catalyze the hydrolysis of washing powder efficiently.
It can be used in the liquidizing process of glucose, alcohol and beer industry, as well as the desizing process of textile.

Characteristic

1. Function Mode: The enzyme is an endoamylase which can randomly hydrolyze the interior alpha-1, 4-glucosidic linkage of starch, yielding soluble dextrins and oligosaccharides. Consequently the viscosity of gelatinous starch solutions is rapidly reduced.

2. Thermostable stability:  60-70 Degree Celsius suits it best, in the range of 70-90 Degree Celsius , along with the increase of temperature, its reaction accelerates, activity losing is faster too. This product work well in liquefaction process not above 90 Degree Celsius .
3. PH stability : stable in range of PH6.0-7.0, best performance at PH6.0, under PH5.0 it loses activity seriously
